If we are not a preferred provider for your insurance plan, our office will assist in filing any necessary claims.
We currently do not accept any DMO, DHMO, Medicare, or Medicaid plans.
Please keep in mind there may be additional out-of-pocket expenses when seeing an out-of-network dentist.

The Neighborhood Dental Plan
If you do not have dental insurance, Corner Dentistry offers an excellent alternative with The Neighborhood Plan. The Neighborhood Plan provides each patient with routine dental X-rays, an exam, and a cleaning every 6 months. Also included are any emergency exams (not including treatment) and a 10% discount on all additional services. Below you will find additional information, including pricing.

Additional Information
The following information applies to both the Adult & Child Neighborhood Dental Plans.
- Emergencies: No Exam or X-Ray fee for emergency visits.
- Additional Treatment: 10% discount
- Additional fees may be required for patients diagnosed with periodontal disease or significant calculus (tartar) accumulation.
